Let Me Show You My Bike

Exersize absolutely needs no budget.

This is what I use for my cardio intervals:

For long distance runs I like to be outside among scenery. I go down this trail here:

Which leads to this place:

And bends around to here:

Beautiful? The contrast between the two is stark. Hence I have to distract myself with oldschool video games while on the bike. Namely Pokemon and Lord of the Rings. Spunk.

Is Lord of the Rings oldschool yet? I can’t believe it’s been 5 years. That movie pushed me off a cliff.

Meals:

  • Egg Whites and Flax, 2x Banana With Spinach Cacao Maca Spirulina
  • Kiwi, Egg Whites and Flax, Half of a Vitamin Water
  • Pumpkin Seeds for nibbles
  • Apple Cider Vinegar

Workout for today:

Cardio (Upon Waking)

  • Intervals on bike for 25 mins (peaking at 30mph with resistance at 3 -> My butt almost fell off. Tomorrow I’m expecting a booty call from Lance Armstrong. Mind you, he holds out for 1 hr at that speed – I went 36 seconds.)
  • Another 20 mins of steady cardio (Blaming video games for that)

Arms (Before Bed)

  • Lateral Flys with 5lb dumbells (3 sets of 10 for everything)
  • Horizontal Rows

Back

  • Hyperextension on ball

Abs

  • Twists with medicine ball
  • Leg raises
  • Sit ups on ball

Legs

  • Woodchop side squat with medicine ball
  • Butt raises with leg lifted on bed
  • Squats with medicine ball
  • Good mornings

I’ll start setting set days to work a body part. Soon.
